User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Account Termination

Appointments and Bookings
Scheduling
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email

- We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles in extreme condition
- Special requests should be communicated at time of booking
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 12 hours: No refund of deposit
- No-show: No refund, full service charge may apply
AutoMob Cancellations:
- We will provide as much notice as possible
- Full refund of any deposits or prepayments
- We will assist in rescheduling at your convenience
Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
- Multiple rescheduling may result in deposit forfeiture
- Peak season rescheduling may have limited availability
Pricing and Payment
Service Pricing
- Prices are estimates based on vehicle type and condition
- Final pricing may vary based on actual condition and services required
- Additional services or treatments will be quoted before proceeding
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover)
- Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Cash (for in-person services)
- Business checks (approved accounts only)
Payment Timing:

Refund Policy

Vehicle Condition and Inspection
Pre-Service Inspection
Before beginning service, we will:

- Identify any concerns or special conditions
- Obtain your approval to proceed
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Disclose any known vehicle damage or issues
- Remove personal belongings from vehicle
- Ensure vehicle is legally registered and insured
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Inform us of any special requirements
Liability Limitations
While we take utmost care with your vehicle, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed or documented
- Items left in vehicle (please remove valuables)
- Mechanical issues unrelated to our services
- Paint or material defects in vehicle manufacturing
- Natural wear from normal use post-service
Our liability for any damage caused by our services is limited to the cost of services rendered or $1,000, whichever is less.
Service Guarantees and Warranties
Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for:
- Interior detailing: 30 days
- Exterior detailing: 30 days
- Paint correction: 90 days
- Ceramic coating: Per manufacturer warranty (2-5 years)
Guarantees do not cover:
- Damage from automated car washes
- New damage from external sources
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow maintenance instructions
Product Warranties
Third-party products (coatings, sealants, films) carry manufacturer warranties. We will:
- Provide warranty documentation
- Assist with warranty claims
- Apply products per manufacturer specifications
- Not be responsible for manufacturer defects
Intellectual Property
Website Content
All content on our website, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, images
- Videos, audio files, downloads
- Software, code, and compilation
- Design, layout, and organization
Is the property of AutoMob or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
