3. Booking and Appointments
Booking Process
- Bookings can be made online through our website, by phone, or via email
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We will confirm your appointment via email or phone within 2 hours of booking
- Appointments are not confirmed until you receive official confirmation from us
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours notice
- Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a $50 cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances
Service Location Requirements
- Services must be performed at an approved location within our service area
- You must provide safe access to your vehicle and adequate workspace
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for service at your location (e.g., apartment complex approval)
- Services may be postponed if location conditions are unsafe or unsuitable
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
- All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice
- Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested
- Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles or special requests
- You will be informed of any price adjustments before service begins
Payment Terms

Refunds

6. Liability and Insurance

- We take utmost care with your vehicle and belongings
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle
- We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
Claims Process
If you believe damage occurred during our service:
- Notify us immediately upon discovery
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage
- Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion
- We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly
- Valid claims will be resolved through our insurance or direct compensation
Customer Liability
You are responsible for:
- Any damage to our equipment caused by your vehicle or property
- Providing accurate information about vehicle condition
- Injuries or damages resulting from unsafe conditions at your location
7. Service Guarantees and Warranties
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we will:
- Re-perform the service at no additional charge, or
- Provide a full refund
Service Warranties
- Ceramic Coating: 2-5 year warranty depending on package selected
- Paint Correction: Results guaranteed for 6 months with proper maintenance
- Interior Protection: 90-day stain resistance warranty
Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage from accidents or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from automated car washes
- Improper maintenance or care
8. Intellectual Property
